Learning Reflections

In term 1, I learnt about the methods to write a narrative composition. We did some practices like making the ending of " The Lady or the Tiger". I think that it was quite fun as we can show our creativity and also read each others' ending. In term 1, we also did some comprehension practices and learnt about the SEE format.

In term 2, we had our Literature Test on Lamb to the Slaughter and also on Village by the Sea. We also learnt how to write a formal letter after understanding the letter structure and format.

In term 3 , I learnt how to identify poems and also learn more about figurative language. I learnt what is assonance, alliteration, personification and many more. Term 3 is very fun as we can read many poems and uncover the hidden meanings.
