Memories of primary school days

Dashing through the gates
Only ten seconds to seven
Jumping up the stairs
Sprinting towards the hall
Seating down at my seat
"Ding Dong..."

Entering the class after flag raising
Chattering sounds all around
Upon seeing the teacher approaching
Silence took over the class
Taking out books and pretending to read
Praising us for being quiet

Hearing the ringing of the recess bell
Only a second, the class is deserted
Dashing towards the canteen
Joking and eating with friends
Playing ball games with each other
Increasing the bond between each other

Moments before recess ends, everyone is back
Everyone is sweaty and smelly
Teacher entering with a disgusted face
Dreadful lessons goes on
Finally, school ends
Students went out with friends to have fun

Everyone shiver upon realising that PSLE is coming
Teachers write down the days left to PSLE
Causing us to be nervous and afraid
Students started working hard hoping to score well
More and more revision papers would be given to us
Everyone was stressed and started burning midnight oil

Finally, PSLE was over
Everyone went mad and had lots of fun
Sadly,results were released a month later,ending our good times
Some were smiling and some were frowning when they got their results
Knowing who get good results is not hard
You could just look at their facial expression to know

We organised one final class gathering
Having lots of fun together for the last time
Bidding farewell to each other after the gathering
Wishing each other the best before leaving
These momories of the primary school days are great
Causing us to smile when recalling the primary school days
